More broadly known as Maximalist style, we are lovingly coining this trend “Granny Chic” in our studio because it evokes nostalgia, it’s a blend of old and new, creating a magnetic eclecticism that celebrates the stories of our lives. Granny-Chic invites us to weave our tales into our living spaces, creating a tapestry of wonder that endures the test of time.
This modern Victorian project is one of our favorite projects completed in Chicago, this maximalist client was an early adopter of pattern and color play and we had a blast putting this together with them!
